Account Deletion

Step-by-step guide for requesting account deletion

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the “Menu” button in the bottom panel.
3. Tap the “Settings” button.
4. Tap the “Delete Account” button.
5. Confirm the account deletion in the popup that appears.
6. Enter the reason for deleting your account.
7. Tap the “Send” button.

Your account deletion request will be submitted, and all your account data will be permanently deleted after 7 days. During this 7-day period, you can cancel the account deletion request if you change your mind.
