Game Rules — Prohibited Actions

1. Creating and using more than one account

Considered a violation:

1.1 Registering any additional account for the same person (alt/“smurf”), including via other emails, social media or devices;
1.2 Creating accounts for transferring resources/advantages to the main account;
1.3 Registering accounts to bypass restrictions (via VPN/emulators/proxies) with the purpose of hiding multi-accounting;
1.4 Playing or taking actions with two or more accounts controlled by the same person (whether simultaneously or alternately);
1.5 Using multi-window or emulator setups to play with multiple accounts at the same time.

Note: this also includes mass registration of technical accounts for farming, referrals, or activity boosting.

2. Using hacking programs

Considered a violation:

2.1 Any software/scripts/modifications aimed at unauthorized access, altering the client/memory/traffic (including debuggers, injectors, memory editors, packet interceptors);
2.2 Automation designed to bypass security mechanisms or unlock restricted features;
2.3 Attempts to steal/guess login credentials, or use exploits on the system/network level to affect gameplay;
2.4 Sharing instructions/software for hacking within in-game chats or communities.

3. Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities

Considered a violation:

3.1 Intentionally reproducing and exploiting bugs for unfair advantage, bypassing restrictions, or disrupting the game’s economy/competitive balance. Typical examples: item/currency duplication, bypassing timers/cooldowns, exploit-based trading, etc;
3.2 Publicly sharing methods of exploiting economy-breaking bugs before they are fixed.

NOT Considered a violation:

Bugs that aren’t resulting in economy/competitive balance disruption.

Note: “testing” bugs out of curiosity is still considered exploitation. All found issues should be reported through the official support or Discord channel.

4. Selling in-game items or currency for real money

Considered a violation:

4.1 Any transactions (buying/selling/trading) involving real money, cryptocurrency, or other out-of-game assets outside official in-game systems;
4.2 Acting as intermediary, advertising, or posting links/contacts related to such deals in-game or in official communities;
4.3 Negotiations in private chats/messages that lead to out-of-game payments.

5. Selling accounts for real money

Considered a violation:

5.1 Selling or buying game accounts for money, cryptocurrency, or other out-of-game assets;
5.2 Offering/advertising such deals, including participation as an intermediary (“middleman”);
5.3 Attempting to transfer an account to another person in exchange for compensation, including via third-party marketplaces.

6. Gifting in-game items

Considered a violation:

6.1 Transferring items or currency to another player when leaving the game or abandoning the account;
6.2 Transferring items to other players without receiving any in-game benefit in return (e.g., gifts that could unbalance the economy or give unfair advantages);
6.3 Transferring items through “Selling” them at a price that is much lower than their objective value. Example: selling a legendary Cluster of Mastery for 2000 gold.

NOT Considered a violation:

Enforcement and Penalties

In the event of any violation of the rules outlined above, the Developer reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to apply one or more of the following measures without prior notice:

The scope, type, and duration of such measures shall be determined solely by the Developer or its authorized representatives. The User acknowledges and agrees that such decisions are final and not subject to appeal or compensation.
